Looking for a QF/SQ rewards card to make Victorian SRO and council rate payments?

Dear All,

I used to pay all of my Victorian SRO and assorted councils rates notices on my Westpac Earth Black card.
I am looking for recommendations for a new card which will enable me to earn points when making this payments.
I would appreciate all suggestions. I am happy to get a few cards if a few good ones are capped. My spend on those two institutions does run close to $500,000.00 per annum.

Does a Citibank card allow me to earn points when paying those two payments? I can hold them in the Citi rewards program and flip them over when necessary.

This may end up being a very stupid question from me(I'll take the risk of being told to go jump into a large body of water ), but why not just continue using the Westpac Earth Black card to pay SRO and council rates?

AFAIK, the only change thats gone into effect is ATO spend on westpac cards, doesn't affect SRO or councils....

I want to drop the Earth Black and go with a card which provides a 1:1 for Visa/Mastercard earn rate like the Woolworths Card. Do you know if the CitiBank card earns points on SRO and Council Rate assessments?
