Hi I am looking at flights from Aus (Sydney, but could fly from Bris/Melb if that works out better) to USA (Seattle).

I am pretty flexible on when I was wondering if I am able to get flights that are under 50,000 points (one way)? Or is this the lowest? I've tried looking at different dates and they all seem to be around the 50,000 mark as a lowest point cost. Also happy to pay with cash instead if there are some good deals going around. Google is saying roughly $1400 for return flights with different carriers. Would prefer to stay with Qantas/Oneworld but open to suggestions

If you are already seeing classic reward seats and using Google Flights to find the cheapest flight there isn't really anything anyone can do to help you to get this cheaper.

Just book it in.
I fear that out there in the wider non-AFF community, there's a broad misconception that just having QFF points will get you onto any flight you want, and maybe even in business class.

Dont get too Sleepless about Seattle 🤣 🤣
