Hi, I'm not going to requalify for Gold when my status year runs out on 31 January so I should get the remainder of my QP membership (until April). QFF have confirmed that's how it will work but I have a trip to the US in early February and want to access the QC here in SYD on the way out and leaving LAX on the way back. I've called QFF a couple of times to see if the cards 
will make it to me before I go and I keep getting differing advice every time I talk to someone. I know even if I don't physically have the cards on the way out that I should be able to access the QP as it's a "Qantas Club", my concern is more around if the cards don't make it to me by the time we leave whether I'll be able to access the Lounge in LAX for the return trip without having cards. The last person at Qantas that I spoke to said it will be fine as they can 'look it up' but given I've had a number of differing advices I thought check here to see if anyone could give me a steer on access.
