Has anyone had experience or luck at getting Hyatt points restored?
While booking an overnight at the newish Melbourne Hyatt Essendon Fields (great experience, BTW) I discovered that all my Hyatt points had vanished, including 70k "lifetime" points. (That's annoying... whose life? As far as I can tell, I'm still alive).
On checking, I discovered two emails back in Nov/Dec 2021, with non-foreboding subjects, offering to keep my points to 2023 if I clicked here. I missed those completely. So around 35 years of Hyatt activity has evaporated.
Wondering if anyone has found a good way to approach Hyatt to get points restored, or if you've had success/failure.
