Lounge Access flying QF award on Air Vanuatu?

I am booking classic award flights through QF SYD - VLI return for the family holiday (wife + 2 YO daughter). We are booked into nf 11 / nf10 Air Vanuatu flight numbers. Outbound is Y, return is J.

I was in a similar situation last year with an award flight on an FJ flight number to Nadi. We didn't have have F Lounge access, but were told there was an arrangement that WP's on that flight could use the QF Business Lounge. That was fine by us.

Just wondering if anyone with recent experience doing this flight as WP / SG can advise what the lounge access situation would be? Also what is check in like - any priority as WP?

Being on NF flight numbers, by the access rules I can't see you getting any lounge access unless in Business class.

So that would rule out anything in Sydney.

You would have whatever Business lounge access NF provide at VLI on the return.
