Apologies for the ignorance. Can you access the QF international business lounge in Sydney travelling on a QR economy flight with a complimentary lounge invitation? I have been googling but can't come up with a definitive answer.

Sorry - no. Because the operator of your flight pays for your lounge entry, and QR won't pay because QF gave you an invitation. It has to be QF or JQ.

I thought so, I wanted to gift some lounge passes to friends but didn't know as I have never flown Qatar before. I appreciate the response.
