Lounge access in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, QF flight operated by Vietnam airlines

I'm planning on flying to Ho Chi Minh and wanted to know whether there will be lounge access when I depart as I am a gold FF on a QF flight operated by Vietnam Airlines. Having looked at the Vietnam Airlines website there is a business lounge but not sure if I will have access. I'm also flying from Hanoi on a jetstar flight to Ho Chi Minh, are there any lounges that can be used as QF gold member?

Unfortunately no lounge access. There is no Qantas lounge or associated lounge at either SGN or HAN as QF does not operated their own service there only via the VN codeshare. No Qantas lounge also = no lounge access flying Jetstar

As a QFF Gold, you will not be able to use your Oneworld (OW) Sapphire status to access the Cathay Pacific lounge, as VN is not part of Oneworld. The flight must be bother operated and marketed by a OW airline to make use of OW Sapphire lounge access.
