Lounge Access when Code Sharing

Hi, My Platinum Amex charge card gives me Virgin lounge access. I am flying to NZ from Mel on AirNZ (company policy) in Y and the flight across is a codeshared Virgin plane.
Do you think I can access the Virgin lounge with my Amex ?
The flight still has a NZxx_x number, not a VAxx_x one.

I'm going to say no. Specifically since the terms say

must be travelling with Virgin Australia domestically. Access is to Virgin Australia-branded lounges in Australia only.

Also VA do not have any international lounges
