Lounge Access

If I'm picking up my girlfriend from the airport but not travelling myself, am I able to access the lounge at all or is it only meant to be when I fly?

Gold and Plat can access anytime. Just present your card at the desk. They say "have you checked in yet?" just say no. or not flying today. then you're in. never had a problem.

Thanks Mavrick - unfortunately I've only got Silver for the time being. Will reach gold in May/June though so I'll take advantage of that then since the gf and I both travel frequently just not at the same time
