Hi there no one seems to be talking about this previously 'hot' topic!
As Etihad Silver I got to use the old Al Reem lounge in Abu Dhabi and the brand new one in Dublin Airort when flying SYD AUH DUB return this June, which made up for flying economy.
Now I'm going Business SYD AUH BRU and looking forward to it. The first leg out last time was VA and they forgot to check my Etihad Silver card or tell me anything about possible lounge access at SYD-does anyone know if you can use the VA lounge if flying on an Etihad-bought ticket-from what I gather Eithad arent building one at DDYD until next year!
Yours

In Sydney, if flying business, you will be directed to the Air New Zealand lounge. Domestically, im not sure if you can use the VA lounge. In AUH you will get to use the Etihad business class lounge. Don't forget to book your free massage when you arrive.
