Maintaining Balance Transfers and Upgrading

We've taken out a BT for 14 months but we also wanted to upgrade our card to a black card. Is it possible to maintain the BT and upgrade at the same time? This is for westpac.
 
I did the opposite going from a black card down to a lower fee card. The balance transfer remained exactly as it was.
