MRO services are in high demand, with regular HKG visitors used to the sight of a red tail at Haeco. Even Air Canada has had to look wide and far, with them using ST at Singapore with one bird ferrying back to Syd yesterday to recommence work after a month in the sheds.

3k recently got back quite a few aircraft from JQ that were on loan and I suspect their fleet size is now requiring more formal arrangements be in place, and JQs own expansion has likely put the strain on Seletar options.
