Malfunction of online missing point claim

Recently the online missing point claim seems doesn't always work. On many flights, both domestic and international (eg. all flights between Sydney and Shanghai), online claim will return 'UNSUCCESSFUL'. I have to call QFF centre to lodge each claim.
Anyone have similar experience or know why?

I have had about a 50/50 success rate with these. The simple ones work and the more complex ones from other airlines seem to fail.

I flew with JetStar from Sydney to coughet in Dec last year. Originally booked the flight on JetSaver but decided to upgrade to StarClass on departure. I knew my chances to claim missing points were low but I thought why not give it a go. Last week I noticed the points and SCs were rewarded into my account :p. Checked my wife's account and it was there too! However only I got the 20% bonus (starclass/business class) while my wife didn't. Didn't want to chase it up since I don't think we were supposed to get them anyway.

I tried to tell QF call centre their website have some kind of problem. However, none of the consultant were interest on my report. Instead, they just credit the point straight away. Probably that's the easy way for them.
