Am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Made a couple of redemption bookings last year, IST - TBS (Turkish), and then GYD - IST (Turkish), IST - SYD (Singapore) on the second.
Points/money taken and received confirmation with ticket numbers, so all looked ok, was even able to sign on to Singapore Air and allocate seats.
Flights appear on Aeroplan site and app, but when I try to manage booking I get a not found message (I’m trying to allocate seats on Turkish legs). Should I be worried? Same issue if I try manage my booking without signing on.
