Manage Your Booking not allowing me to change flights

Hi all,

I'm flying to LHR on QF32, changing in SIN to QF9, however I need to change the dates as I have an exam on after I leave. Its not letting me do this online, does anyone know why?

you don't get the option to change flights or you get an error?

AFAIK you only get the option if you booked the flight on Qantas.com if you went through a TA then it needs to go to them to change.

It was booked on qantas.com.

The change button only shows when you have not previously changed a trip, it also is not available when a trip is booked by a third party on your behalf and QF pick it up or when there is a JQ leg in the booking.

It was booked using a voucher so I guess I'll be calling up to change it. I hope I can talk them out of the $80 fee..
