Using Radioman's lead from over on FT, I have created a Calendar that everybody can use to advise the times and dates they will be in QC's. Click on this link and you'll notice it's headed AFF members Qantas Club meetings.

Everybody adds/changes and deletes their own - no moderation from me unless I'm advised that people are deleting the wrong listings (i.e. not their own).

To add one to the Calandar, click on the relevant month and then date. In the Calendar text, add in your details using the following format:

{City code, Terminal number or either Dom or Intl, J or F} QC, member name}
Times (in and out) are the start and end times (local time please).

i.e.

BNE D, 4pm - 5pm, QF WP or SYD T3, 6am - 6.30am, QF WP

or

SIN I F, etc...

I don't have the time now to put all the existing times up (but I may try over the weekend). Feel free to add your own.

To make it easy to find members, I suggest that members who are looking to meet up congregate at the FT meeting places (as most will happen in Australia, I suspect).

FT Corners - SYD T3, BNE, MEL
FT Corners - ADL, CBR, SYD T2, PER

I assume its ok to put dom Oz based meetings up there? All my flights generally are ex-SYd to multi locations and back to SYD. Also - is it worth putting names up there as well?

Sort of:

BNE D, 4pm - 5pm, QF WP simongr

great work on making it a non-yahoo based sign up one :)

Cheers

Yes, as by far the majority of members fly domestically. Members should post separately - if there are two members who post the same (or overlapping) times then there's an obvious meeting opportunity.
