The monthly lounge meet up threads no longer have a wiki. That means that you will need to post your own flights in the correct month.

The more information you can fill in, the better. Use of a table in your post is not required, but if you could provide the information in the following sequence it will make it easier for others to digest the information.

Date	Required field. A date is required so others know when the flight is. If your flight is shortly after midnight, consider the date you will arrive at the airport or explain this in "Comments". For instance, you could choose the date prior to your flight and explain this as "lounge arrival time" or the date of your flight and explain this as "flight time". Other members will then decipher when you will be at the airport. Also note that if your flights straddle the end and start of 2 months you will need to post in the appropriate threads.
Flight #	If you do not wish to detail the actual flight number, consider providing the airline to help other users determine what lounge you may or may not be entitled to.
Departure Airport	Required field (IATA 3-digit preferred if you are confident you know the code).
Lounge	The lounge you will be in, would like to be in, or 'any' if you are not fussed. You may also leave this blank.
Time	When you are likely to get to the lounge. If you list the flight time, note that in the comments to avoid misconnects.
Guest/s	How many you can guest. Use a minus sign (-) if you would like to be guested, and how many. If you are able to enter a lounge but can't guest anyone else, use zero (0).
Comments	If you have extra information that does not fit in the fields listed above, use this field. Extended comments may be truncated as they tend to squeeze the table.

A final note that posting new threads to this forum is not possible. You can reply to threads with your details, with threads provided into the future. If you need a new thread started for a date that is not yet listed, please get in contact with @straitman

@sevenfourtyseven I maybe able to assist but am not 100% sure. We are flying out of SYD on 8 Mar on EK, I will be WP and I due to the date I am not sure if MrsM will still be WP as her roll over will be 29 Feb and it normally takes up to a week for status to be readjusted.

According to the QF rules we maybe able to guest in 2 based on status, assuming MrsM is still WP. QF rules below.



If that that fails our daughter (a minor) may be able to guest in 1 based on class of travel, yes we put her in F (a late birthday experience) and we are in J.


The rules state on an EK or QF flight but am unsure if it has to be the same flight. If I was still a P1 I would just have said yes to you request as the rules could often be interpreted differently. Our flight is earlier than yours so depending on your movements and risk to be accepted or rejected at the lounge is up to you. I am happy to take this up again closer to the date of travel.

Silly question but is there something on in Christchurch that weekend? I've just booked on the 10th CHC-SYD-BNE which was around $400 but there is just a single seat left in Y on QF134?

There is an AFF gathering on the weekend. Not sure how many are going but we all tend to leave on Sunday. Also from memory and pre covid days there may be rugby union trials going on around this timeframe. NZ and Union, think Rugby I remember landing in Christchurch several years back and was asked by the cabbie 'was I here to watch the trials'

Yeh sure thing, you'll find me in the Manaia lounge getting stuck into the gin of the month and then crying in Y later on as there is no shower (my last flight on an EK A380 was a QF redemption in F from LGW-DXB).
