I know i can use my Cathay status to get lounge access with Qantas - but is it possible to do that, but actually have the miles/credits sent to my Qantas account rather than my Cathay Pacific one?

Method 1

Put yon QFF number in the booking and just show your CX card on lounge entry.

Pro - simplest

Con - non status seats selection etc

Method 2

Put your CX number into the booking and get them to replace it with your QFF number after entering the lounge.

Pro - status benefits available pre flight.

Con - lounge staff often err in doing so.

In either case, ensure you get and retain a BP showing your QFF number until after the points / SC's hit your QFF account.
