Welcome to AFF.

As this is a Welcome thread you won't get many useful replies to your questions.

I'd repost in an appropriate thread.

You add what ever freq flyer program number that you want to flights to credit to.
Once a ffn is a reservation can be hard to remove~replace. QR Qatar ffn's have a reputation of being very sticky~hard to change. Keep a copy of boarding passes.

Actually, accruals for this particular route and flight (in class R) indicate most points for Finnair, China Southern, less for Cathay etc……no mention of SC for Qantas…..but thanks anyway! Always easier to just pony up, pay the appropriate fare and forget the rest.

Might pay to join Finnair. They are moving to Avios so will be able to move those points around.
