How many of you good people have been totally pissed off by that horrendous racket that certain totally inconsiderate PAX make when playing that stupd Foosball / Table Football game in ANZ Koru Lounge?



I was in there late on Oct 30 for a flight on PR at 00:20 on Oct 31 - a coupla young bucks were giving this thing a right old work out until they both went to the toilet at the same time at which point I confiscated ball required to play this brain dead game - note ball arrowed?



Left ball with lounge dragon on exiting at 00:50 - flight delayed an hour - guess what - noone else had there relaxation time disturbed.

Nice to be pro-active. Normally does not worry me as I camp in the Business centre which, as luck would have it, is as far from the Foosball and Snooker tables as it could be (and still be in the lounge).

I was stumped up at the bench adjoining food servery - just kicking back and downing a coupla coldies - that noise was deafeneing - indeed other PAX seated close by did indeed up and shift camp to try to get away from the noise.

Dragon on door told me they have had a continual stream of complaints - DUH - couldn't see that one coming?

That looks like fun, add a pool table, table tennis and you have a mini games room.

Both - believe me I am no kill joy and nobody gets louder or more exhuberant than I do with a coupla drinks under the belt - but this game is way over the top in the audible annoyance stakes.

Lounge dragon did also go on to say that as far as she knew the decision had already been made to remove this annoying contraption due to the continual stream of complaints regarding noise.
