Needing to hire a car next week 18-12-17 to 20-12-17 and can't seem to find anything under around $160 per day and that's for an enclosed go kart.

Looking at something like a Corolla or similar size to one.

Any tips on who to use? Or am I stuck with paying that sort of $$$$

To be hired from the Airport.

Hire away from the airport if possible. That should instantly save you money.

My daughters have got a good deal for after Christmas from:
Ace Car Rentals T/A Melbourne Car Rentals.

Depending on how long your rental is for, definitely consider getting to a city location to avoid airport surcharges.
