Firsty Happy New Year to you all.....

I am a Qantas Platinum Member, and pretty much fly the Melbourne - Perth route every week, and have done for the last 5 months.

I utilise the Business Class lounge in Melbourne when departing, and must admit i find it quite comfortable.

To the point, does anyone know if i could pop along to the International Terminal (after checking in at the Domestic) and use that lounge, mainly as i have never been in and fancy a change. I assume they have a seperate Business Lounge there, maybe even first (which i guess i cannot use).

Just to let you know, i use the 08:35 each monday to Perth, and are there way to early, so have time to wander to the International.

Thanks in advance.

One word answer ... no!

To access the international terminal (T2), you need to be travelling on a flight departing from there (customs, immigration and all that).

Only way this is possible on a Monday is catch JQ 3 to SYD at 13:10 then catch the 16:50 QF flight from SYD to PER ....:!:

If you book QF 81 to ADL then a connection to PER you might sneak this in or the JQ conenction (but thats a pain) as WP you may consider it for F lounge access. Other than that as others have eluded, NO. :D

Serfty is fastest of them all and the answer is no.

My one suggestion is join us on the 26 April when we fly Melbourne to Sydney on JQ3 depart 3:10pm before some of us fly back to Brisbane; and you could fly onto Perth from there or head back to Melbourne.

26 April is a ANZAC holiday.
