Hello folks,

As I continue to suffer the ill affects of mad cow... Denny Crane... I was speaking with a fellow AFF member who just celebrated their 70th birthday recently. [For the record he remembered to attend, but forgot to invite me]. Anyhow, we both noticed that it has been some time since the last gathering of frequent eaters, frequent drinkers and frequent flyers in the capital city of the Democratic People's Republic of Victoria.

Whilst my ever-diminishing mental capacity, and limited numeracy beyond counting my own digits makes it is difficult for me to organise such large gatherings of creatures, however, I am hopeful that another AFF member, of sound mind and body, will be capable of "build[ing] it, and they will come", and indeed I might will attend.

So lets pick a day next month when the stars align with Jupiter and we can have a gathering of like-minded, and different-minded folks in the capital city of Prison Victoria.

We plan to be in Victoria for both Crowded House and Coldplay but not for the AFL grand final. It could be our attempt to resuscitate the Victorian economy from doom and gloom.
