I am a likely starter also: will confirm by the end of the week.

@boomy as I recall I was the other instigator for this dinner so mark me down as a yes. Hopefully this time I will not follow the tram lines in the wrong direction and turn what is a 15-20 minute walk to the Olive Tree in to a 90 minute walk home. ;)

I don't want to sound like a party pooper but assuming the train arrives on time it only gets into Southern Cross station at 6:50pm. We still have checked luggage to collect and our accommodation is at St Kilda. Being up from 5 or 5:30am, without asking I suspect +1 will be somewhat keen to head to our hotel.
Would it be better to have the dinner on Tuesday?

Methinks you’ll need a good dinner and few drinks after this long and unusual journey.

I'll be in Singapore, so no go for me :(

Buzz, how long are you staying?
