With my on-going frustration with MH Enrich processing, I called Enrich helpdesk again today. I asked how much longer I have to wait for my FF points to be credited to my account for the CX eligible flight taken on 16/2.
The staff told me MH cannot process FF points earned from any One-World Partner flights and we must submit boarding pass and e-ticket scans by email to Enrich to claim the points and need to wait for 6-8 weeks.
The computer system at MH is always very dodgy and on top of that it is now trying to cope with new transactions from One-World partners.
My question here is that why Qantas (as a sponsor for MH to join One-World) said that MH is ready to join One-World on 1st Feb!!!!!
