Hi

Does anyone know how FF numbers are recorded with MH as one the two trips I have taken this year (each 4 sectors) I have only had some legs credited automatically and the rest I have had to follow up on.

In every case the ones that have not credited automatically have been flights that have been changed either by me or the airline.

It appears to me that FF numbers are entered against each sector seperately, I would have thought that the number would be a main record that is automatically linked but it appears to be a manual thing, or could it be a problem at the travel agents end.

I'm trying to get some idea as to what the problem may be so that next time I can try and make sure I don't have to follow up on points (I'm waiting on 17500 points atm).

Thanks

Peter
