Mileage Calculator got the double SC offer

Economy (as opposed to Discount Economy) is producing 20 SC's also. looks like only the Disc. Econ is faulty.

When I did Disc economy for SYD-SIN, the status credits are as per nomal...

If I am logged in mileage calculator no longer works for me at all.

Yep appears double status credits is appearing on Disc Economy only. Just logged into my FF profile an hour ago, and they must be processing flights ATM. I did a DSC run from BNE-KTA yesterday and this morning (red eye from PER-SYD) and only 2 of my 5 flights are currently showing. Weirdly, the PER-KTA and PER-SYD only. Looks like BNE, SYD & KTA departure flights still yet to process

I noticed this earlier and was just about to ask the same question.. Should've known that Markis10 would have noticed it...:)

I thought its been broken for wp one customers for a while... Or is this a new enhancement?

Sent from my GT-I9100 using AustFreqFly

I assume it is still the original problem. I tend to use Tuppaware's app.

I hope this is not an error...........

This is one way. works for other routes too ----- a hidden double SC (for everyone) in disguise ?

Pls dont hate me for posting this..........:)

I sent an email to Qantas about this last week when it happened and received a phone call yesterday afternoon. The caller said that he had just checked and it was showing 20 sc's for the mel-syd disc econ and "yes" it is wrong. He then said that he would send an email to the IT dep't to have it rectified?? I just checked and it's still showing 20. I wonder how you would go if you rang and said "check your points calculator" whilst it's still showing the error??

I think I would go in the other direction if I rang. The points calculator says I get 20SC but you only gave me 10SC. Where is the the other 10SC?

Hi All, we are aware of the issue and working around the clock to get it fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the update. I did a check of discount economy SYD-AKL and that seems to be correct at 20SC. Are international routes unaffected?

I must say that I would be very disappointed if I did make plans on the basis of the calculator and then didn't get credited what was expected. Not much risk of that as I know the earning for my usual flights*, but some people don't have as much useless information in their heads. They might be inclined to feel mislead and/or deceived. Perhaps a note to say that it is not working might help to avoid confusion for some people.

* Still I'm considering ringing to ask why I only got 15 SC for my last flight. ;)

If you have the pleasure of using Safari or Chrome give my Online Calculator a test (currently in beta)
QF Calculator
It should be mobile friendly for IOS and Android.

Edit: Also Firefox, but it doesn't look pretty.
