Missing bonus points

I received and activated an offer to get 2800 bonus points on $70 shop. I did that and still haven’t received the bonus points.

In general though, this is starting to become a common occurrence now. For me, it's Liquorland bonus points that have to be chased up, but regular Coles shops now too.

It seems Flybuys can't handle it when there's multiple bonus offers being used in one transaction.
