Missing car hire points, dont call VA or Thrifty...

Hi and just a heads up to check your car hire points in case its a recent system/IT issue.

Today, for our Dec car hire of approx $400, I should have received approx 2400 points (WP 6 points per dollar spend) plus 100% bonus but only received 768 points plus 768 bonus.

Phoned Velocity, who said its not our problem, phone Thrifty.

Phoned Thrifty, got a lovely lady who agreed we were owed points but also said you need to speak to Velocity.

*sigh* Good thing Im not desperate for points but still, its like the Hilton Diamond benefit fob off again.

Push back on Velocity. They hold the power... and they can contact Thrifty if necessary.

Was the $400 on the base rate, or did it include all the additional extras that get charged?

Thanks but it's excluding gst and extras like extra driver, location premium ect.
