QFF haven't credited my JAL flights on 14 May and 16 May.

There doesn't seem to be an online claim function for JAL flights! Arggh.. It would have qualified me for Platinum.

Is this correct:

Tokyo Haneda to Osaka Itami = 40 SC in business class (J)
Osaka KIX to Seoul ICN = 40 SC in business clas (J)

I just realised that the domestic J class in JAL might actually credit as economy SC?? I don't quite understand the airline earning table.

Thanks

Chucksta

14th and 16th.... give it time ! takes a week or so often, for JAL to credit to AA used to take weeks !! i had points often post 14 days later.

The JL entry is confusing (Frequent Flyer - About the Program - Terms & Conditions. Looks to be either full or discount economy SCs (ie 10 or 20) for domestic. KIX-ICN should be 40 though.

It's the first time I have looked closely at the JL earning information; and, yes, confusing is a good description!

JAL is just confusing, try figuring out how to buy a ticket in Japan without a travel agent ??? hmmmm Can't buy tickets on the web (as far as i can tell) like just about every other airline in the world, you need to go to a JAL shop or travel agent. Helps if you know Japanese as well :)

Points have come through. I'm officially PLATINUM.... wooohooo..

Also, the domestic J flight in Japan posted as business (40 SC).

Now I can look forward to F lounges on OW. But, I was so disappointed with the F lounge in Singapore. The Biz lounge is so much better, more PCs and there's HOT food and a coughtail bar!

Congrats on Platinum - hope to see you in a lounge soon :)

Not sure I agree re SIN lounge - I preferred the peace in the F lounge and the staff bringing around hot food - and the Champagne rather than sparkling chardonnay pinot noir blend ;)

errrm.. what staff bringing around hot food??? there were no staff bringing around hot food when i was there on monday morning. Maybe 8.30am was too early for this service???

OT: In the SIN F lounge, they bring plates of food around. As an example, mrs serfty and I were presented with plates of exellent beef rendang and rice one evening.

It is an evening thing.

BTW NZ has started doing this in AKL international lounge as well :)
