It is now over 5 weeks since my husband and I flew on Jetstar. I submitted a missing points from flight email to Qantas on day 4 when the points still hadn't been posted ( my husband's had ). After 21 days I rang Qantas and they basically said be patient. What now? this has never happened before with our Jetstar flights. Could anyone who has had experience with this, share what is the best way to speed this up.

Thank you for any help with this.

If you still have your boarding passes you can just send them a copy by email and they will credit your account manually.
I was told last week by QF agent on the phone that the "default" delay with JQ is now 3 months:confused:

So the points that I waited 2.5 months to be credited were actually way ahead of schedule! :)

I must be very lucky then, the longest I have waited is 10 days...

Thanks for your help. I do have the boarding pass. If it's not too much trouble, do you have the email address I should use?

7 weeks after claiming missing points, an entry appeared on QFF activity statement showing 'no evidence of travel' when we had travelled. Was subsequently resolved. Now just waiting on our next claim. Might send in BP's (as above) as our anniversary review date is next week & these sc's will be required.

I've had that once, BRU-HEL and SIN-SYD posted but apparently there was no record of us travelling between HEL and SIN, what do they reckon, we walked or what?!!!
