Hi Guys

Its been 6 weeks since putting in points claims for 2 JAL J Fares (Domestic Japan) and 2 JetStar *Class fares and nothing. I know they are eligible, but say for some reason they didnt earn points would anything get shown on Activity Statement? Like Rejected or something? Or Should i call up? If i try put claims in again it says you already claimed for this booking or somtehing like that??

I waited about eight weeks recently for a claim for CX points/SCs to be rejected. I then rang QF (WP line) and was asked to submit my BPs which I had previously photographed.

I was awarded the points and SCs within 36 hours.

Essentially I am saying wait until rejected and then ring up. It will show on your statement as rejected so you'll know it is time to ring up.

Of course have the photos ready to immediately email to QF.

I have a practise where I immediately photograph my BPs so I always have a record if required.

JAL are notoriously slow to post. The missing points claims I also found rejected. So I had to phone to sort out, and scan and email my BPs through.

One of the problems occurs if you fly through Haneda airport at all - the Qantas system doesn't seem to recognise it (possibly because all QF and JQ flights go through Narita).
