Hi, long time reader, first time poster.

I've been flying alot this year due to a new job and quite keen to upgrade my status for the first time so I'm anxiously counting the status credits. I flew BNE - MEL on 19th May VA0318 and MEL - BNE on 23th May VA0347. Both flights show 1932 points yet only the MEL - BNE leg posted status credits. I know 15 SC isn't much to complain about, but when you're a lowly red like me, they all add up. Any ideas why this flight would have been ineligible? Or is this simply a glitch?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum Lane.

You should contact Velocity regarding the missing SC's. Sound's like a glitch.
