Hi all,

Can anyone confirm that it is completely impossible to book a mixed class PNR with SQ? My partner and I are planning a MEL-SIN-HKG trip (with a multi-day stop over in SIN), flying J for the MEL-SIN legs and PE for the SIN-HKG legs ideally (and upgrading to J for the shorter legs).

Travel agents are unable to help, the SQ call centre are quite abrupt in passing me back and forth between the Y/PE and J/F departments and VA can't book any trip involving stopovers on SQ.

Thanks to all who reply.

Definitely possible to do so, I have booked myself BNE-SIN in Y and SIN-Europe in PE. This was done through a GDS. I've seen mixed J/Y fares and J/PE fares to Europe and Asia, and would imagine any decent TA should be able do so.

Thanks for the reply. I'll need to go looking for a more decent travel agent then, as the efforts we've seen so far result in pricing that matches booking two separate PNRs direct with SQ (which is about 50% more than booking direct with SQ with the whole PNR in J).
