After the customary hassles getting a card out of EZYbank, today I received a voucher for $290.
It seems that you can't just tell the bank that you wish points to be transferred to your QFF account; nor can you assume that if you give them your QFF number that is all you have to do.
No, you have to contact the rewards centre- and do it quick as the first I knew there was something wrong was when a voucher arrived in the mail.
I have never dealt with a more confused and confusing company. Now I have to get my 40,000 points back.
