Name change

Who do I ring to change my surname on my Krisflyer card?

There is a form on their website - you need to complete it, as well as a photocopy of your passport and fax it to a singapore phone number. My wife did it after we got married.

click on LOYALTY PROGRAMMES
CUSTOMER SERVICE
DOWNLOAD FORMS

and download the "change of name form"

I'm not sure if this direct link will work: javascript:showWindow('https://www.singaporeair.com/saa/en_UK/docs/krisflyer/Customer_Service/ChangeOfNameForm_6Mar08.pdf',580,800);

Thanks, have done it now. How long does it take for a reply?

I think my wife got a new card sent to her after about a month. But I can't really recall, as we had so many change of name documents arrive around that time.

Oh :shock: That is no good, I am flying in just over two weeks!!

The new card will still be the same krisflyer number. If you don't have your new card in time just take your old card - check that your krisflyer number is recorded on the booking and your points will still be credited for your flights.

You can log in to krisflyer on line and check your bookings and should be able to see that your number is recorded on your fllights.

That is the problem. The travel agent can't record my number, as the surname on my card is different than my surname now, and the site wont accept it. :(

In that case I would ring Krisflyer direct and explain the problem . Make sure you have your booking reference number (your travel agent should have your Singapore Airlines reference number) and I am sure they will be able to record your number in the booking or tell you how to solve the problem.

Thank you. I have rung them, was on hold for 30 minutes before getting an operator, and now all is resolved.

Thank you very much for your help!!!
