NB or not NB? That is the question.
I can't figure this one out.
Yesterday I started a combined holiday/SC run. On arrival at MEL I checked in for the domestic leg to SYD and received my BP for that trip and
the onward flight to LAX. I had pre-selected my seats online but when I checked the BPs afterwards they didn't seemed to match.
I then noticed that somehow I'd scored an operational upgrade to Premium for the SYD-LAX. I was pleased but stunned as I'm only NB having had a
gentle landing(?) from PS back in October. I've flown QF since and my BPs have confirmed that I'm NB as does my online status. However, these 2 BPs
were showing me as PS. So, my question is, how can that be?
I've gone back online and my status in my account is definitely PS. In fact, even after my first few status run trips on this journey I'm still NB and
have confirmed that by logging on and seeing that I'm up to 290 points, 10 shy of PS, even after the MEL-SYD-LAX journey.
So, why did the BPs show me as PS?
