Stuck for ideas so need the good people of AFF to provide some (please)

I've turned 50 this year, I'm a single dad with 3 teenage boys and I need a holiday...badly.
I'm looking at March/April 2018. I have 600k QFF points to burn.

I've been to the following places multiple times already:
England & Scotland
France
Germany
Sth Africa
New Zealand
Samoa
Mariana Islands
Singapore
Hong Kong
Switzerland
Japan

and the following once:
Thailand
Spain
Bulgaria
New Caledonia

On my "bucket list" are:
India
Sri Lanka
Namibia
Egypt
USA / Mexico
Sth Korea
Middle East

I've never been to South or Central America but I'm not that fussed to go there although Brazil and Costa Rica have some appeal.

So, I'm not the laze around the pool type but I do like my comforts so I'm thinking a few lux hotels and some train travel or something, not big on cruising (yet).
Anybody got some solid suggestions for an exhausted 50 y.o single man needing a revive break, bearing in mind I'm looking at OW / QF partner flights for the long hauls, but happy to revenue the positioners? Also want to maximise my points with maybe a 280/420 award.

After RF's TR (and others) inspired me, I'm off to India's golden triangle - it can include luxury digs and train travel
