I have a few points that I need to convert to miles. conversion rates are the same for both Krisflyer and Velocity. Any tips on which one is better?

What do you want to use them for, would 6900 points + up to $200 getting you a J flight anywhere in Australia with an hours notice be of use to you?

Domestic would be to Velocity.
How many points are there?

I have 56000+ points with my David Jones CC and converting to miles would be 23000 miles on both SQ and Velocity. Just not sure who has a better burn rate as I do both domestic and international travel.

If you do Velocity on Markis10 answer you win on inexpensive business class flights and reports on AFF say they are really good. Treat yourself in 2012 is what I am thinking with Velocity.

Thank you Cove and Markis10...looks like its going to be Velocity miles for me.
