Checking my statement online today (I have plat charge and plat credit card) on my MR Account I had a bonus post with a transaction.

It reads:

SAC ROC Spend Stim - NON MR Enrollees. The bonus was 1k points, looks very odd to me.

anyone else get this?

The transaction itself was at JB Hi Fi for about $150.

Often when giving bonus points it will post against the transaction that triggers it.

I've not noticed anything in my account.

Hi there,

Sadly - it is not a new bonus.
Amex have credited these points in error and would have already deducted the bonus points.

There should be a notification on that statement or another statement to explain the error.

It's also not specific to a particular shop or any type of card. You can logon to the website to verify the points credits/debits.

For more info > americanexpress dot com dot au/amexbonuspoints

Cheers,
Rocko

Hi rock-o, welcome to AFF! That's correct, and has been noted earlier

Wanted to check the pluses and minuses of this "bonus scheme" reported on my last statement (seems to be more minus than plus) but the MR site is down.
