Here's the thing the account was closed and I have a closing date. It was only months later that the credit was added to the account. Surely they can't reactivate the account. Funnily enough the credit was from a cancelled Classic Rewards flight.You probably aren't eligible for the bonus then. You need to have had the account closed for 12 months, and if it remained open due to having a credit balance, that probably makes you ineligible. I'd be calling ANZ ASAP to plead your case.
