I may be in a minority, but I happen to detest the business cabin on these aeroplanes. The seats look slick, but they are hard with no lumbar control, and to me they are almost an exact replica of the international premium economy seats. The cabins are illuminated harshly, the plastics on the walls are sterile and typically for a new and improved material, they show up every thumb print and scuff from ignorant business passengers who put their leather shoes on the bulkheads in row 1. Anyone else share my dismay at entering one of these aircraft??

The major drawback is that they seem to lack under thigh support (they seem a bit shorter) and the lack of lumbar support. I find the more uncomfortable than the seats in 734 and older 738s.

The lighting, luggage bins etc are all fine, and I like personal IFE. But to me they're definately less comfortable.

Agreed, the "hard" product (across their fleet) is a significant turn-off for me, resulting in less patronage than would otherwise be the case with a "softer" hard product.

I concur - bring back the Millennium seats I say!
