New look VA account unlinked family pooling accidentally?

I've noticed my VA account looks different. Purple instead of the red box.

My partner family pools to me and I've been waiting for 3 of his EY flights to come through to me but they never did. I've just checked his account and 3 have appeared in his account and the other came to me. I haven't unlinked the accounts at all! Our EY flights should have taken me to ~1300sc (800sc done with 8 eligibles). I was hoping to gift a friend VA Gold. But with 360sc now in his account - I can't gift my friend gold (not that I've asked her if she wants it yet thank goodness). I'm off to find an email address I can fire off a request to fix it.

I've checked my emails and received no notice of any unlinking and I can't see how 1 of his EY flights pools to me and the 2nd leg doesn't.

Anyone else have this issue?

I've just had a thought and checked my partners account. We moved a year ago and I didn't go into his account and change his address, nor did he (hard keeping track of everything that needs changing when you move). But I can send them a picture of a recently addressed letter that has the same address as me or as many letters as they need throughout last year.

I'm thinking a) there's been an update of the account, b) I requalified plat so the account review and they've noticed a difference in address.

I'm not really fussed about points as we will funnel them through to SQ and he's my beneficiary there anyway but without his sc we can't gift a friend gold which seems a waste.

Anyone had experience with address not being updated accurately but still being able to prove living at same address and having sc etc credited to main member?

Not sure how this will turn out!

Edit: Tried updating his address - exact same abbreviations but system won't let his account add me. Says details aren't the same. I'm starting to think we've got a dreaded x next to our names.

They're going to fix it. Just need +1 to call them when he finishes work. Pooling reset up - whew!
