I've noticed my VA account looks different. Purple instead of the red box.
My partner family pools to me and I've been waiting for 3 of his EY flights to come through to me but they never did. I've just checked his account and 3 have appeared in his account and the other came to me. I haven't unlinked the accounts at all! Our EY flights should have taken me to ~1300sc (800sc done with 8 eligibles). I was hoping to gift a friend VA Gold. But with 360sc now in his account - I can't gift my friend gold (not that I've asked her if she wants it yet thank goodness). I'm off to find an email address I can fire off a request to fix it.
I've checked my emails and received no notice of any unlinking and I can't see how 1 of his EY flights pools to me and the 2nd leg doesn't.
Anyone else have this issue?
