Hello fellow AFF Members. Recently joined as this flying experience is all new to me. First trip was March 2012. PQQ/SYD/FIJI/SYD/PQQ with QF. With regrets, whilst the air experience was excellent (QF/AP), I was in FIJI when the mini cyclone hit us, and stuck on an island off FIJI. With that passed now, my next experience is with QF, PQQ/SYD/CBR/SYD/PQQ in late September 2012, for the Canberra Floriade. My next International will be PQQ/SYD/FIJI/SYD/PQQ with QF/AP in late December 2012/early January 2013. What I missed out on the first trip to FIJI, hopefully I will pick up this time. My later intentions will be another International perhaps to New Zealand. Whilst I am now retired, I do volunteer work with the local RSL Club, and restricted with 'when' I can travel. I have been working around the Club's activities, and at this stage, can only say perhaps take a fortnight off, at a time.
I can see why AFF can be addictive, and I look forward to reading comments every day. So much to learn. Happy flying to you all. :D
