I'm in the process of refinacing our home loans and will be shifting from ANZ to CBA. I think we will get a free Diamond card that gives us 1.5 QFF points on AMEX and 0.625 on Mastercard - a slight improvement from ANZ. I am also thinking of getting a Qantas credit union platinum VISA as it is 1 point per $ uncapped, $195 per year with free second card. Just waiting to see if they do another sign up bonus in June.

Thanks, although I'm here under false pretense, I couldn't find a forum called "Australian infrequent flyer" . I only average one OS trip a year.

Nothing wrong with that. Using the tips on this forum you'll (hopefully!) be able to do that one overseas trip each year in more comfort and for less money.
