Looks like the account page got a makeover, matching the design of the new mobile app. I do like the look of it.

All of the sub pages seem mostly unchanged though.

I do wish they put some time into improving the oldest parts of the website though (specifically the MMB page), although I can imagine the (likely) pile of legacy code there probably makes that hard.

Interesting, my page still looks the same - maybe because I have a QBR attached?

Also of interest is that it shows the inccorect current SC.

Two different status credit counts mere pixels away from each other. Flawless execution, Qantas.

I think it's correct

You currently have 1236 SCs total, but you have 1136 SCs towards Platinum One. I assume you got a 100SC PC+ rollover which isn't eligible for P1 attain/retain.

No, as you can see from your profile photo, both are counts of your current SCs.

Indeed, what a bad design having the same piece of data placed twice on the same screen.

Not sure what you mean. You have a balance of 1236 SCs, but only 1136/3600 SCs towards P1 (because 100 of your SCs don't count towards P1). The second number is progress towards P1, the first number is your SC balance.

Ahh I see, what a silly system. So my SC counter went backwards once I retained WP because the 100SC counted towards WP, but not P1.

Yeah. I don't know how to display this any better though. Maybe for the next status it should just say "xx_x SCs to Platinum One" to avoid giving an actual balance. I think that's what it does on the old UI.

Definitely given my screenshot of is of the old UI and my current SC is 1421 (100 rollover).

I've noticed that some of the SC indicators in My Account/QFF app have been 100SC short and it only seemed to occur after I'd retained WP. I've always thought this was an error but this explains it perfectly. Now it makes sense.

My app shows the total including the 100SC, however the website shows the total minus the 100SC club rollover.

A bit off topic, however I notice they have also made row 1 on Q-Link a319 an extra legroom paid seat now. As a WP I've always been able to book these in advance.

One is showing your current sc total. One is showing how much you need until WP1. I only just realised this myself.

For WP1, rollover won't count hence all the way up to WP, it's fine but once you're at WP it breaks.

Yep, I notice awhile ago and rang up to ask what was going on.

P1 is one of those special cases where a number of SC earns do not count (Loyalty Bonus SC's is another one) because QF really try and have a hard 3600 level there - and have done so since inception. Yes, there was a time during Covid when even LB SC's did count towards P1, but that ended and it's gone back to the way it was.

QF really need a better way to make this clear for those past WP (or at P1 status) on the status page, because it absolutely can be confusing unless you know what's going on.

I would note that the status pages do say for P1 "you need xx_ more SC to earn(or retain) P1 including at least yyy QF/JQ SC's" and it's clear, but they don't include that with the graphical representation.
