New Qantas ads showing in the lounge

Was interested to see these and some other Qantas fluff pop up on the screens in SYD just now - they weren't showing on Friday when a certain story was making headlines. A nice diversion tactic, to be sure. The disclaimer on the lounges one says this list will be done up by 2026. I wonder what's happening with the in-flight food - I feel like a few people around here would agree the standard has slipped ever so slightly over the last few years!

The sydney International lounge is disgusting. Seats are stained, the floors are dirty and havent been vacuumed in certain places for months which is clearly visible. Breakfast is dismal if you can call eggs, bacon and sausages breakfast.

The worst part is my family who i treat invites only get to see sydney and think the whole lounge thing is a joke based off sydney lounge. If only they could see Qatar, Cathay or even emirates in BKK they would be amazed.

I for one really hope they fix up sydney lounge its embarrasing

I would if they had First to BKK. I would ask if you agreed with my statement but im pretty sure you wouldnt step foot in that lounge

To be fair, the standard has been cough for some time now. As noted above, SYDi J lounge case in point. Empty promises are Qantas's specialty.

Spent this morning at Qatar lounge and testing out J in Finnair, yes sydney is embarrassing
