OK, so I haven't cleaned my study in a long time.

Found two unused Q tags (silver).

Free to first two members* to speak up (one each).

I'll post them, and include my paypal email, just cover the cost of the postage and the padded envelope please.

My partner and I divorced QF, despite making Silver and Gold last year.

MIGHT have a third one as well. If there is a third person, I'll go looking for it and let you know.

*Anyone who's been on AFF for 3 months or more, with 30 or more posts.

Hi robtemt, you are fairly close by and I am going to organise another AFF meet up, hopefully for 05 April - do you get to CBR sometimes to join us? (If so, you could bring one with you, for me I mean. :))

I've been to CBR once, ever. :)

We are close, but just far enough. Although we've wanted to go to that Milkshake place everyone talks about.

Probably won't be able to make any meet up before June. Although I have a one day conference that I'm driving down and back the same day on 7 April.

I think im being greedy, if I were to ask for the silver tags (on top of the Qantas pass)... but you are very generous !

Ah, so close ... :(. Milkshake place - do tell.

Wow, that can't be considered a milk shake. Don't know why you'd need a table to attempt to eat / drink one of these.

When I was in CBR on a work trip at AMSA, we stopped by, the wait was 45 min for a table.

That is quite a collection. If you do want to divest any of those i will gladly accept some.

I like to keep one full set, so those in that photo can't be divested, but I do have others hiding around and have/will share them at the appropriate time.

Now you need to start on VA tags haha quite a collection if you have a spare P1 send it my way lol

It may seem harsh, but VA are dead to me. I did have status with them at one stage, Gold in the Virgin Blue days (loved the service they gave back then) and for a short period Platinum, when they became Virgin Australia (and then Gold/Silver/back to red). So... can't start a collection if I won't get status, but I do have the collection lying around somewhere.

As for P1, as those go for several hundred dollars on eBay, there's nothing I can do for you there.

Edit: Just checked and the Plat/Gold tags still hang on my bag ;)

I honestly prefer QFs lounges and 'vibe' but VA has me at the moment because earning maintaining status is so much easier with family pooling I hit SG in 9 flights (double scs and flying with family) and I will be WP in a few months... I did the math if I put all flights to QF I would barely maintained Silver. So until I start flying a lot more I won't have QF status for a while

I have a couple of silver tags somewhere but I'm with VA these days. If they turn up in the next clean up, I'll give them to whomever.

But if I may, what good are these tags to someone who buys them? Can you flash them (gold and above) and stroll into the lounge or priority boarding or something?

Also, for the milkshake fans, there's another Patissez in Civic too.

Tags arent useful for any status recognition as far as im aware. Its purely DYKWIA factor.

They still work as the Q Tag. And they look kind of cool.

But no, you don't get anything, and as for a DYKWIA factor, lol, they're silver.

Mine are breeding. I have around 15 and gave two away to son and girlfriend.
