Hi all and thank you for this wonderful forum!
I have always wanted to travel and now I think I've found the catalyst.
I am a QF frequent flyer but have not flown with them much. I have done more with Air NZ so have Star Alliance membership there.
I look forward to learning the technicalities of this obsession with you and sharing whatever I can.
I met some of you at the Hilton in Melbourne a few weeks ago.

Hi Adey11,

Welcome to AFF.

Welcome to AFF!

18 months ago I didn't know what a Status Credit was, and dreamed of one day flying J somewhere. After finding this site, Im now Gold with VFF and off to Iceland all J with USDM!!

What are some of your travel goals/patterns/dreams? They might be closer than you think - this site is enormously helpful and collegiate.

Many thanks Ashleyn, that's awesome. IS there a way for me to bookmark this so I can get back to it please (excuse my ignorance?).

You can bookmark any page using your Browser (bookmark/bookmark this page or favourites/add to favorites). I don't think the forum has that feature but I might be corrected.

And another welcome aboard. As you've found we're a friendly bunch who can have whole conversations with lots of acronyms and industry speak. But it does pay off when you're flying up the front on points.

Hope you come to some more functions and fly often.
