Surely I am not the only one having problems with the new Velocity website? I transferred point across to my account for 2 business class seats SYD to LAX, the old system has the right amount of points, so when it does a search now it takes you to different page and you need to log back in. two log in for one flight search...The second webpage must be the new site, this website site has not updated my points. I called and they cannot seem to fix it, they tell me elevated up the line and someone will call back, no call back so far, two days later...They are obviously running two separate systems, the old and the new. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing... The Velocity FF webpage has always been a budget system, and now looks like they have really stuffed it up. work done offshore by people who obviously done use FF programs. Save $2 to loose $5....
